The main goals of CIPADH is to focus on the organization of trainings that would last 4 to 5 days in Geneva. These trainings would be open to journalists, activists or people working in the human rights field on a day-to-day basis, people who are living in countries that does not offer a similar training on these particular issues.
CIPADH wishes to partner with experts from other organizations or institutes such as UNHCR or CERAH, to gives lessons and courses in order to develop the knowledge regarding subjects such as humanitarian law, human rights, the protection of journalists in times of war, as well as international law. On top of an academic foundation, these trainings would also have a practical side to them, since they would include multiple visits of specific monuments and organizations that have become symbols of the international field of Geneva overtime.
